It is never too early to pick out supplies for your study space. Below is a list of items that will help you create the perfect place to study, learn, and grow!
A cozy pillow set up with four pillows: one for your head, one to hug, one to sit on/place books on, and another smaller pillow for your feet.
The idea of a footrest is not only comfortable, but it shows respect for the other person in the study space. Studies have shown that people who use footrests while studying are more relaxed and show fewer signs of stress during their studies.
Get creative with your setup! You can easily make a small table from random items around the house.

- Finally, an optional footrest (as mentioned above) is a great way to show respect for others in the room and create good habits early on!
Your study space should be an area that you are excited to be in! Taking the time to create your study space will make studying more effective, so get creative and enjoy having a wonderful place to call your very own!

If you study in your bedroom, you may be tempted to just go to bed early rather than studying. As a result, you might find that you can’t focus or that you keep feeling tired and want to sleep.
